The January 19th Board of Trustees meeting will take place online using Zoom's webinar platform so that members of the public can participate. Zoom is a video communications platform that allows attendees to take part using a computer or smartphone app. Please click here for information on how to download the application and use Zoom.
Using Zoom Webinar, you will be able to hear the Board meeting and view any presentations being made. You may provide input to the Board on items that are on the Board agenda or within the jurisdiction of the Board by using Zoom’s “Q and A” function.
To viewers of the January 19th, 2021 Selma Unified School District Board of Trustees meeting: The “Chat” function in Zoom will be disabled. If you would like to address the Board, you will need to use the “Q & A” function. Please click on “Q & A” and type in your name and the topic of your comment. The Board President will direct the Zoom Host to “unmute” you. You may be directed to make sure your microphone is not muted. Unfortunately, we do not have a way to take input from those participating by telephone because there isn’t a way for you to type your name and topic into the Q & A box.
