Selma Unified Workplace Violence Prevention Plan
Selma Unified School District is committed to maintaining a safe, secure, and respectful work environment for all employees. In compliance with California Labor Code section 6401.9, enacted through Senate Bill 553, the District has established a Workplace Violence Prevention Program that includes procedures for hazard identification, incident reporting, emergency response, employee training, and post-incident review. The program also promotes employee participation, open communication, and ongoing evaluation to support workplace safety and reduce the risk of violence.
