Welcome to the Office of Communications!

The Selma Unified School District Communications Department is committed to supporting the district's mission and vision by providing our community with the latest news and information about our schools, programs, and students. Our office works closely with the Superintendent, district staff, the Board of Trustees, and partners to help communicate and disseminate information to parents, staff, students, and community members. 

The Communications Department oversees the majority of the district's internal and external communications and acts as the liaison between the school district and the news media. We are responsible for strategic communication planning, community relations, marketing, branding, and advising district leadership. Our office supports schools and departments through consulting on marketing, outreach, and crisis communication response.
