Selma Unified negotiates with its employee groups as part of a collective bargaining process. After each negotiation session, we publish Negotiation News, a newsletter that reports actions taken during the negotiation session. Selma Unified bargains with the California School Employees Association (CSEA) and the Selma Unified Teachers Association (SUTA).
