California's Premier District

Learning Continuity and Attendance Plan

  • On June 29, 2020, Governor Newsom signed Senate Bill (SB) 98 Education Finance. This bill states that the LCAP and an annual update to the LCAP will not be required for the 2020–2021 school year.  In place of the LCAP districts will be required to complete the Learning Continuity and Attendance Plan (LCP). The completion of this new plan requires stakeholder engagement and input, including a Public Comment opportunity. On September 22, 2020, the Selma Unified school board approved the final version of the Selma Unified Learning Continuity and Attendance Plan.
